Like all her programs, Mindset for Success became successful only because she tested it out first in her own life. Dr. Gardner presents all over the U.S. representing many prestigious groups such as the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Her topics range from The Personal Side of Business, Rewired. Inspired, to Who is Driving your Profits? She was ranked top speaker with a score of 9.4 at the Regional Conference for YPO.
She has appeared on CNN’s “Business Unusual” presenting her system for personal coaching as well as “Good Morning Texas” about Mindset for Success. Dr. Gardner graduated with a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas, and is also a graduate of UTD’s Executive Coaching Program. She is certified by the International Coach Federation as a Certified Professional Coach. She has been on the faculty at TCU. She has been a faculty member and coached EMBA students at UTD. She also owns her own coach training company called The Gardner Institute.
